Personal OverviewI am a highly talented and experienced plant pathologist, with an extensive background in the greenhouse and laboratory experiments. I am specialist in plant diseases diagnosis. I had intense training at the plant disease lab at University of Kentucky with a verity of plant disease under the supervision of Prof. Paul Vincelli. I developed an accurate real-time PCR method for diagnosis wilt disease on verities of trees such as Ash and grape. I have extensive experience in PCR, Real Time PCR, and DNA extraction. Also, I developed new method for woody tissue disruption. I published an article in Plant Disease Journal with distinguished reputation. Studying CRISPR/Cas biosensing technology for diagnosis plant pathogens is always the main part of my interest to bring an accurate tool in-field detection of pathogens which may reduce the usage of chemical compound to control plant diseases. I am confident that I can become a top performer at your lab. My long term career goal is to continue to learn and grow my unique skills and abilities, while utilizing my experience, knowledge and skills to benefit any research or job that I work at it. Thank you for your time, and I am looking forward to hear you.
