Moneer Ali Lilo was born in Iraq, in 1972, received a Master degree in electronic engineering from the college of engineering-University of Technology-Iraq (2004). I am interested to install and maintain the control of the steam turbine and design a wireless system. Ph.D. from the Razak School of Engineering and Advanced Technology, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, in Malaysia (20117).
